How we create a website
The work is split into clear stages, so you understand what is being built, what depends on your business data, and what is ready for launch.

We define the goal, audience, content, integrations, budget, timeline, and the success metrics for the website.

Pages, data flows, backend boundaries, admin workflows, hosting, SEO structure, and security requirements are planned before development.

The interface is built around real user actions: browsing, ordering, submitting forms, contacting you, or managing data.

Frontend, backend, APIs, CMS/admin panels, payment or delivery integrations, analytics, and forms are implemented as one system.

Responsive behavior, performance, SEO metadata, forms, integrations, redirects, and production deployment are checked before launch.

After launch, the website can keep evolving with updates, monitoring, content changes, new integrations, and optimization.
Deadlines are estimated before the start and depend on functionality: the more complex the logic, integrations, admin workflows, or custom features, the longer the project takes.
The schedule also depends on how quickly we receive content, access, approvals, and business information needed for design, development, and launch.
For a regular website without critical information or complex functionality, planned updates are usually needed 1-2 times per year. The format, scope, and payment are discussed separately.
Force majeure tasks, urgent content updates, new functionality, and similar requests are handled individually. We can do this work, but it goes outside the main project and is billed separately.
